| EXISTING CONSTRUCTION : Punta Piedra
consists of is raw and undeveloped land. A 150 feet long pier exists in the Gulf side
(east) just across from the city of "Golfito". A small house for the watchman
exists on Punta Piedra. On the rest of the island there are 2 houses build to two of the four lots that are already sold. These lots are to the south and to the east of the property. Residents are Canadian, Italian, American, Costa Rican. |
